Request deletion / 申请删除

  1. Sign in to the TiaoLi web app and open the Profile page;
  2. Select “Delete account” and submit the request;
  3. Open the confirmation message sent to your login email and follow its link;
  4. After confirmation, a 28-day grace period begins. Your account is permanently deleted only after that period ends.

登录调理 Web 应用并进入「我的」页面，选择「删除账户」并提交申请。系统会向登录邮箱发送确认邮件；点击邮件中的确认链接后进入 28 天等待期，等待期结束后账户才会被永久删除。

Cancel during the grace period / 等待期内取消

You may cancel the pending deletion during the 28-day grace period using the account recovery option shown when you sign in. After cancellation, you must wait 24 hours before submitting another deletion request.

在 28 天等待期内，你可以在登录时通过账户恢复入口取消删除。取消后 24 小时内不能再次申请删除。

What gets deleted

Constitution assessments and reports, daily check-ins, body profiles (including family profiles), favorites, AI conversation history, push registrations, account entitlements, and the account itself. Permanent deletion cannot be undone.

体质测评结果与报告、每日打卡记录、身体档案(含家庭成员档案)、收藏、 AI 对话记录、推送登记、账户权益以及账号本身。永久删除后不可恢复。

Subscriptions: account deletion may not cancel automatic renewal managed by a payment provider. Cancel renewal through your TiaoLi account or the provider used at checkout before deleting your account.

订阅提醒：删除账户不一定会取消由支付服务商管理的自动续订。删除前，请在调理账户或结账时使用的支付服务商处取消续订。

Limited records / 有限保留

We may retain minimal records when required for security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, dispute, or other legal obligations. Protected backup copies expire through normal backup rotation and are not used for ordinary service operations.

出于安全、反欺诈、支付、税务、争议处理或其他法定义务，我们可能保留必要的最少记录。受保护的备份副本将按正常备份周期清除，不会用于日常服务。

Can’t access the app?

If you cannot sign in, email hello@tiaoli.app with the subject “Delete account”. Include the account email but do not send a password or identity document unless we specifically request a secure verification step. We aim to acknowledge requests within three business days and will verify account ownership before acting.

如果无法登录，请使用主题「删除账户」发送邮件至 hello@tiaoli.app。请注明账户邮箱，但不要发送密码或身份证件，除非我们另行提供安全验证方式。我们通常会在三个工作日内确认收到申请，并在处理前核验账户归属。
