"TiaoLi" (and "we", "us", "our") refers to the TiaoLi wellness service. TiaoLi is a product name used by its individual operator in mainland China, and the service is operated personally under that operator's own legal identity rather than a separate company identity. "You" refers to the person using TiaoLi through our website or another supported client. Our customer-service contact is hello@tiaoli.app.
By creating an account or using TiaoLi, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
TiaoLi is a wellness companion inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine. We offer general lifestyle suggestions — recipes, teas, gentle movement, and educational content — to support your daily wellbeing.

You may not share your account with anyone else, use someone else's account without permission, or create accounts using automated means.
The constitution assessment and basic features of TiaoLi are free to use. We may limit certain features or content to subscribers.
Plus and Pro are prepared as monthly and annual subscriptions charged in US dollars (USD) through PayPal. New purchases remain unavailable until TiaoLi enables checkout. Current prepared prices are listed on the Pricing page.
Payments for an active billing period are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate or incorrect charges, qualifying service failures, rights provided by applicable consumer law, or circumstances covered by our Refund Policy. PayPal's required dispute, refund and processing procedures may also apply.
We ask that you use TiaoLi respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
All recipes, teas, articles, design elements, the TiaoLi brand name (and 调理), and the underlying software are owned by TiaoLi and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use this content for your personal, non-commercial wellness purposes — sharing a recipe with a friend is fine; reselling our recipe library is not.
Anything you contribute (check-ins, questions, feedback) remains yours. By providing it, you grant us a limited license to use it to provide and improve the service. We will never sell your content or use it in commercial advertising without your consent.
If you send us suggestions, we may use them freely to improve TiaoLi without obligation to you.
TiaoLi uses AI (large language models) to generate personalized recommendations. Please understand:
TiaoLi is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the suitability of recommendations for your specific situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations of liability. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You can terminate by requesting account deletion from the Profile page. You must confirm the request through your login email. Confirmation begins a 28-day grace period, during which you may cancel the deletion. Cancellation of a paid subscription does not delete your account. Account deletion is not a substitute for cancelling PayPal automatic renewal; an active renewable subscription must be resolved before payment data can be safely removed. See the account deletion guide.
We can terminate your access if:
If we terminate a paid account without cause, we will provide any refund required by applicable law and coordinate it through the payment provider where necessary.
If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at hello@tiaoli.app. We will try to resolve it informally within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve it, these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Subject to those protections, disputes will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction where the individual operator is legally domiciled.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms as our service evolves. For material changes, we will notify you by email and/or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. By continuing to use TiaoLi after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
If you don't accept a change, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account before the change takes effect.
