Refund Policy

Clear cancellation and refund terms for TiaoLi paid subscriptions.

New paid subscriptions are not currently available. The prepared PayPal plans and their USD prices are shown on our Pricing page. Before PayPal approval, TiaoLi will display the selected plan, total USD price for the billing period, billing period, automatic-renewal terms and cancellation method.

Cancellation

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time from your TiaoLi account. You may also manage the approved subscription through PayPal where PayPal provides that option. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Unless applicable law or PayPal requires otherwise, paid features remain available until the end of the current paid period.

Refund eligibility

Duplicate or incorrect charges will be refunded after verification.
If a paid service cannot be delivered because of a TiaoLi technical fault, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review the request; contacting us within 14 days does not by itself guarantee a refund.
Refunds and cancellation rights required by applicable consumer law will be honored.
PayPal's required dispute, refund and processing procedures may also apply.

Except for the circumstances above, charges for a billing period that has started are generally non-refundable and are not prorated. Approved refunds return through PayPal to the original payment method. Processing time depends on PayPal and the financial institution.

How to request help

Email hello@tiaoli.app with the account email, PayPal transaction reference, charge date and a short description. Do not send passwords, card details or bank credentials.
